Abstract	In this public note, we describe the reconstruction of the CP eigenstate of B0-> J/\psi K0S and its control sample of B+ -> J/\psi K+ using the data set taken from the 2019 runs recorded by the Belle II which corresponds to an integrated luminosity of 8.7 /fb.
